retail store credit card debt?

This is a stupid question, but: What is the best (meaning quickest and most efficient) way to minimize the debt incurred from retail credit cards? I am 20, and have a Victoria's Secret store card and a Target card, and owe hundreds on both. I do have

First, stop using the cards. Put them in a ziplock bag of water and freeze them if you don't have the discipline to not use them.

Second, take every penny you can squeeze out of your budget and put it on the highest interest rate card,
